Managing the Side effects
Stomach upset and stomach ache: Sipping ginger, peppermint, or chamomile tea may help alleviate stomach upset and stomach ache. You can also try eating small, frequent meals, avoiding spicy and greasy foods, and resting comfortably.
- Bloating: Eating slowly and chewing your food thoroughly, avoiding carbonated drinks and foods known to cause gas, and engaging in physical activity or light exercise after meals may help alleviate bloating.
- Constipation: To alleviate constipation, increase your fibre intake by eating more fruits and vegetables and staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water and other fluids.
