Otrivin Saline Nasal Spray is generally safe and suitable for all ages. It may cause mild nasal irritation during application. 

• Sodium Chloride (0.74%): The key ingredient in Otrivin Saline Nasal Spray is Sodium Chloride (0.74%), a purified salt solution. • First, clean your nose and remove the bottle cap. 
• Lean forward slightly and insert the nozzle into one nostril. 
• Squeeze the bottle firmly in the centre while breathing gently through your nose.
• After dispensing the spray, remove the nozzle from your nostril and release pressure on the bottle. 
• Repeat the process for the other nostril to ensure both nasal passages are managed.
