Follow the 12-week schedule, starting with the 21mg patch and gradually transitioning to lower doses to eventually eliminate nicotine dependence.

• Choose a clean, dry and non-hairy area on your upper body or upper arm for application. Avoid areas with cuts or irritation.

• Apply the exposed part of the patch to the skin and then peel off the remaining film while pressing the patch firmly to ensure it adheres well.
• Keep the patch on for 24 hours. Replace with a new patch after 24 hours, choosing a different area of the skin for application each time.
• After removing the patch, fold it in half with the sticky sides together and dispose of it safely.

Dosage:

• If you smoke 20 or more cigarettes per day:

• If you smoke less than 20 cigarettes per day:
