Hepamerz Tablet 10

HepaMerz Tablet is used for managing the following conditions:

• Improvement of digestive system function

• Management of hepatic encephalopathy, a condition characterised by brain function impairment due to liver disease

• Protection and regeneration of liver cells damaged by various disorders including acute and chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, jaundice, fatty liver disease and alcoholic liver disease

• Control of pancreatitis, an inflammation of the pancreas

• Enhancement of food movement in the stomach and intestines, leading to better absorption of nutrients

To use HepaMerz Tablet correctly, follow these steps:

• Take the tablet with a full glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet; swallow it whole.

• Always take this medicine with food for optimal results.

• Never exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

HepaMerz Tablet is taken orally.

HepaMerz Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate (150 mg): This component increases levels of ornithine and aspartic acid in your body after breakdown. Ornithine aids in converting toxic ammonia into urea for excretion through the urea cycle, consequently reducing blood ammonia levels which can accumulate due to liver disease. Aspartate helps generate energy and aids in regenerating damaged liver cells.

• Pancreatin (100 mg): Pancreatin is a combination of digestive enzymes including lipase, amylase, and protease. These enzymes work together to break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins in your gut. This process enhances digestion and promotes better nutrient absorption.

• Store HepaMerz Tablet at room temperature, below 30°C.

• Keep it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

• Always ensure the medicine is kept out of reach of children.

• Check the expiry date on the package and make sure to use the medicine before that.

• Since HepaMerz Tablet helps manage liver disorders, consider limiting your alcohol intake. Alcohol can further damage your liver, hindering the beneficial effects of this medicine.

• Adopting a balanced diet can aid digestion and nutrient absorption. Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins in your meals to support your digestive health.
