Colgate Visible White Instant toothpaste is used for maintaining healthy teeth and gums.  Visible White instant toothpaste has whitening accelerators that gently remove stains from teeth and polish the teeth surface to reveal whiter teeth. It is formulated with fluoride that helps remove plaque build-up and promotes fresh breath. It also protects teeth against cavities and effectively cleans teeth.

• Sodium Fluoride: It helps in avoiding tooth decay and reduces gum and tooth sensitivity. Fluoride helps to strengthen teeth and protect against cavities.
   
• Other Ingredients: Hydrated Silica, Glycerin, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Whitening Accelerators, Polyethylene Glycol, Sodium Tripolyphosphate, Tetrapotassium Pyrophosphate, Flavor, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Sodium Saccharin, Xanthan, Sodium Hydroxide, Sorbosil BFG S1 Blue, Titanium Dioxide in aqueous base.

• Apply at least an inch strip of the toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
• Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by the dentist.
• Make sure to brush all the sensitive areas of the teeth.
• Avoid swallowing the toothpaste.
• And spit it out after brushing.
