Baidyanath Kanchanar Guggulu Tablet is used for supporting thyroid gland functioning. It is a traditional Ayurvedic formula that contains kanchanar chaal, amla, baheda, harad, sonth and other natural ingredients. Excess kapha dosha and medha dhatu (excess fat) inhibit pitta dosha function, resulting in hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. It balances Kapha and reduces Medha Dhatu, allowing the thyroid gland to operate properly.  It contains Kanchnar chhal which may help reduce swellings and lumps in the body by removing excess kapha and fluid. It also contains dalchini which is strong in antioxidants, fights free radicals and promotes detoxification. Guggulu also helps in the management of hormones.

• Kanchnar chhal (Bauhinia variegata): It possesses powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and detoxifying effects. It helps manage hypothyroidism. According to Ayurveda, the primary causes of hypothyroidism are dietary and lifestyle variables that alter the balance of the Tridoshas (Vata/Pitta/Kapha). Kanchnar improves the digestive fire which corrects metabolism and it also helps to balance Tridosha due to its appetiser and Tridosha-balancing properties.
