Paracetamol/acetaminophen (325 Mg) + Tramadol (37.5 Mg)

Ultracet Tablet is a combination medicine that belongs to the class of analgesics. This medication is used mainly for relieving moderate to severe pain.

It is used to relieve pain associated with various conditions, such as headaches, muscle aches, dental pain, menstrual periods, colds, toothaches, and backaches. It should be taken as per a doctor’s prescription, as it poses the risk of addiction. It is recommended for the short term.

Ultracet Tablet is used to manage acute pain for a short term (five days or less).

Swallow Ultracet Tablet whole with a glass of water
Do not crush or chew the tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed into the body
Take the tablet at a fixed time every day. This will maintain the levels of medication in the blood.

Ultracet Tablet is taken orally.

Tramadol (37.5 mg): It is an opioid-like medication that operates on the central nervous system. It exerts its pain-relieving effects through several mechanisms, including binding to mu-opioid receptors in the brain and spinal cord. This binding reduces the perception of pain. Additionally, tramadol inhibits the reuptake of neurotransmitters like serotonin and norepinephrine, which can enhance pain relief.

Pregnancy
