Odifex 180 Tablet 10 is used for managing the following health conditions:

• Seasonal allergic rhinitis

• Perennial allergic rhinitis

• Chronic idiopathic urticaria

• Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.

• Do not break or chew the tablet.

Odifex 180 Tablet 10 contains fexofenadine hydrochloride (180 mg), which performs the following actions in your body:

• H1-receptor antagonist: Fexofenadine acts as a selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist, blocking histamine receptors in your body. This means it prevents histamine, a substance naturally produced by your body that causes allergic symptoms, from exerting its effects.

• Inhibits histamine release: Fexofenadine also works by inhibiting the release of histamine from mast cells located in various parts of your body, like the nasal passages. By preventing histamine release and blocking its action, allergic symptoms are significantly reduced.
