Nexovas T Tablet is beneficial for the following health conditions:

• Management of high blood pressure or hypertension

• Regulation of blood pressure in patients whose condition is not adequately controlled with single-drug therapy

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew or crush the tablet before swallowing.

Nexovas T Tablet is taken orally.

Nexovas T Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): As a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker, Cilnidipine works by relaxing the smooth muscles in your blood vessels, causing them to widen. This action reduces resistance in your peripheral arteries and veins, effectively lowering your blood pressure.

• Telmisartan (40 mg): Classified as an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), Telmisartan inhibits the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that constricts your blood vessels. By blocking this hormone, Telmisartan promotes relaxation of your blood vessels and reduces your blood pressure.

• Keep Nexovas T Tablet in a dry place at room temperature, ideally below 25°C.

• Avoid storing it in direct sunlight or high humidity areas.
