• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet, as it is designed for slow release over time.

• Avoid taking more than the recommended dose without consulting your doctor. It's important not to stop this medication without speaking to your doctor first.

Nexovas M 50 Tablet is taken orally.

Nexovas M 50 Tablet is composed of two active ingredients which work together effectively:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This ingredient is a calcium channel blocker. It prevents calcium from entering certain cells in your heart and blood vessels. The absence of calcium relaxes blood vessels, which reduces blood pressure.

• Metoprolol Succinate (50 mg): Metoprolol is a beta-blocker that primarily acts on the heart. It blocks certain signals which otherwise increase heart rate and force the heart to pump harder. By inhibiting these signals, metoprolol reduces heart rate and lowers blood pressure.
