Ecoflora Capsule 30

Ecoflora Capsule is used for the following:

• Enhancing digestion capabilities

• Alleviating diarrhoea and indigestion issues

• Sustaining a healthy level of beneficial bacteria in the gut, vagina, and mouth

• Assisting in managing stomach ulcers

• Contributing to the management of constipation

Follow these instructions while taking Ecoflora Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• It's recommended to take it on an empty stomach if possible.

• Do not crush or chew the capsule.

• Don't exceed the suggested dose without your doctor's advice.

• Always remember to consult your doctor for specific guidance related to your health condition.

Ecoflora Capsule is taken orally.

Ecoflora Capsule comprises two active ingredients:

• Lactobacillus reuteri (1 B): This bacterial strain colonises your gut and other mucosal surfaces, competing with pathogenic bacteria for adhesion to the intestinal lining. It also produces antimicrobial substances such as lactic acid and hydrogen peroxide that inhibit harmful bacteria.

• Lactobacillus rhamnosus (1 B): Similar to Lactobacillus reuteri, this strain also colonises your gut. It enhances your intestinal barrier function and modulates your immune system by interacting with gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT). This interaction helps maintain a healthy balance of gut microflora.

• Keep Ecoflora Capsule at room temperature, ideally between 15-30°C.

• Store it in a cool, dry place, protected from light.

• Don't forget to keep the container tightly closed.

• Avoid exposure to excessive heat or moisture.

• Always keep this medicine out of reach of children.

• Remember to use it before the expiry date mentioned on the package.

• To support Ecoflora Capsule's role in improving digestion, consider incorporating more fibre-rich foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables into your diet.
