Dolo Syrup is a commonly prescribed pain reliever that also helps to lower excessive body temperatures (fever). It is used to treat headaches, toothaches, body aches, fever, and the common cold in youngsters. Dolo Syrup should be taken orally at a certain time each day. Though this medicine can be taken before or after food, it is best taken after food to avoid irritating the stomach lining. The dose and duration will be determined by your child's age, weight, and infection severity; thus, follow the dose, time, and method advised by your child's doctor. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking the drug, give him or her time to settle down before giving him or her another dosage. If your child becomes ill more than 30 minutes after taking a dose, redosing is not advised.
