Autrin capsules are commonly prescribed for individuals diagnosed with iron deficiency or folic acid deficiency anaemia. A lack of dietary iron or poor absorption by the body typically causes iron-deficiency anaemia. In contrast, folic acid deficiency anaemia is often caused by a diet that lacks sufficient amounts of folic acid or poor absorption of folic acid by the body.
