It is used for the treatment of nutritional deficiencies.(like low calcium, folic acid, vit D, etc)
It benefits patients suffering from Osteoporosis and Osteomalacia

It helps in normal functioning of nerves thereby helping in some neuropathies occurring due to Vit B12 and pyridoxine deficiencies.

Directions for Use of Gemcal Xt Tablet 15

Swallow Gemcal XT tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
Do not break, chew, or cut the tablet in half.
Do not take after expiration.
Take medicine after food.

Gemcal XT tablet is to be administered orally.

L methyl folate calcium (alternative of folic acid): It helps produce new blood cells and prevents low folate levels.

Pregnancy

It is not known if Gemcal XT tablet is safe for consumption during pregnancy as there are very few studies available on this. It is best to consult a doctor for the same.

Breastfeeding

Alcohol
