Contraindications

• Ketorolac Tromethamine is contraindicated in patients with known allergies to ketorolac or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines.

• This medicine may interact with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (such as ibuprofen and naproxen), anticoagulants (like warfarin and heparin), thrombolytics (such as alteplase), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (including fluoxetine and sertraline), lithium, methotrexate, diuretics (such as furosemide), angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors/angiotensin receptor blockers (like lisinopril/losartan), and pentoxifylline.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of Ketorolac Tromethamine may result in severe gastrointestinal bleeding, renal dysfunction, respiratory depression, and coma. Immediate medical intervention is critical in managing overdose symptoms.

• For eye drops, in case you happen to put a few extra drops of this medicine in your eye, do not panic. Rinse your eyes with clean water at room temperature. If any symptoms persist or worsen, inform your doctor.

• If you miss a dose of Ketorolac Tromethamine, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.
