Contraindications

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of the combination medicine may cause dizziness, electrolyte imbalances, lactic acidosis (symptoms include rapid breathing, muscle pain, unusual tiredness, or stomach discomfort) and low blood sugar. Consult your doctor immediately as clinical monitoring and supportive treatment may be necessary depending on the patient's clinical status.

• If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is near the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double up on doses.

Management of Side Effects
