Contraindications

• This medicine is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, megaloblastic anaemia not caused by vitamin B12 deficiency, and Leber's disease (hereditary optic nerve atrophy).

• Cyanocobalamin / Vitamin B12 + D-Pantothenol + L-Lysine + Niacinamide + Riboflavin / Vitamin B2 + Thiamine / Vitamin B1 + Vitamin B6 / Pyridoxine may interact with proton pump inhibitors (such as omeprazole), and H2 receptor antagonists (like ranitidine).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• In case of an overdose of this medicine, consult your doctor immediately. Symptoms may include nausea, diarrhoea, or skin rash.
• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time.

Management of Side Effects
