Contraindications

• Budesonide + Formoterol Fumarate may interact with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as ketoconazole and ritonavir), beta-blockers (like atenolol and bisoprolol), and diuretics (like furosemide and torsemide). It may also interact with MAOIs (like isocarboxazid and selegiline), and tricyclic antidepressants (like amitriptyline and doxepin).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• In case of an overdose with Budesonide + Formoterol Fumarate, symptoms might include chest pain, fast heart rate, tremors, and nervousness. If these occur, seek immediate medical help.

• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is nearly time for the next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

• It may worsen existing tuberculosis and fungal, bacterial, viral, or parasitic infections.
